What is Akedly & How does it work?

Akedly is an OTP and Authentication as a service gateway. We simply handle your client’s authentication on our servers then report back to you if they’ve successfully passed the authentication process. We host your clients, Send (Internationally) & Verify the OTP for your clients. We do all the heavy lifting for you.

What are the channels used to authenticate?

We are currently authenticating directly with WhatsApp OTP and using WhatsApp APIs to reach out to your clients as sent them the OTP. We fall-back to SMS as a backup in case your user doesn’t have WhatsApp. We’re also using E-mail authentication for those who do not have a phone number.

How do we charge you?

We charge you based on successful authentications.

We do not charge you per message sent (Unlike Meta and all our competitors).

This means you get your value first, then we charge you for it.
