1. 24-Hour No-Questions-Asked Refund

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your first purchase, no questions asked.

2. Refund Eligibility (After 24 Hours)

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You were incorrectly charged or overbilled.
  • The service was unavailable due to a failure in our system (not related to carrier or WhatsApp outages).
  • OTP messages failed to send due to a confirmed error on our platform.

3. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Incorrectly entered recipient numbers.
  • Delivery failures due to carrier restrictions, end-user issues, or third-party platform downtime.
  • Usage consumed under normal operating conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@akelly.io with the subject line: “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your account email, reason for the request, and relevant usage logs or message IDs.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
