Akelly.io provides authentication solutions via WhatsApp and SMS, including QR code-based login, OTP delivery, and integrations with third-party platforms like WooCommerce, Odoo, and others.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use our services.

3. Account & Security

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. Akelly.io is not liable for unauthorized usage stemming from your systems.

4. Usage Restrictions

Use our service for spam, phishing, or illegal purposes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the API or platform.
Exceed fair usage policies outlined in your service plan.

5. Pricing & Payment

You are billed based on usage tiers defined at akelly.io/pricing. All fees are due upfront or as per your billing cycle.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or abuse of the system.

7. Limitation of Liability

Akelly.io is not liable for indirect damages including lost data, delays, or messaging delivery failures due to upstream carrier issues.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
